All Coco Olive orders are shipped via parcel post.

Coco Olive packages are sent registered and insured with PostNL parcel post within the Benelux. It is possible to place orders worldwide. Please contact our customer service for rates.

The following rates apply to the Netherlands: free shipping on orders from €50. No code is needed for this, the shipment is automatically shown at checkout.

The shipping costs are €6.75 for orders under €50. These orders are sent with the parcel service of PostNL or DHL.

A different rate applies for the spice mixes. The spice mixes are shipped separately for €4.95. The starter packs are also sent for that rate.
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 6 pm will be shipped the same day or the day after. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day. If the shipment deviates, you will receive information about this by e-mail.

If your Coco Olive order is damaged during shipping, please keep the shipping box and the Coco Olive products and send us an email as soon as possible to info@coco-olive.com to inform us of the damage.
Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your Coco Olive products. If for whatever reason you want to return the products, you can return your order (at your own expense and in the original packaging) within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions below. Please register your return by e-mail first. You will then receive An return form by email.

In the return form you can indicate which products you want to return and for what reason you return it. Then print the form and add it to the package. Then you return the package as soon as possible. Arrange the return shipment with a carrier of your choice. When you send your return, always keep the track & trace receipt until your return has been processed. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all the conditions below are met, we will refund the total purchase amount to your account within 14 working days after receipt of your return. RETURN CONDITIONS
If we receive a product return that does not meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot return it
accept. Of course you can pick up the item again at our collection location in Amsterdam or we will charge shipping costs again
to return the product to you.
Sale products must be returned within 14 days.
The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
The order must be returned in its original packaging.
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.
The product must not be used, damaged or opened. The seal must not be broken. The labels must be attached to the products.
Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.
There is no washing guarantee on the skirt. Problems arising after washing are at your own responsibility.
Herbal mixes may not be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene.
